If you’re looking for a way to stand out using images, consider using this great online application that a client pointed me to. Tagxedo is a word cloud application, allowing you to choose a color theme, choice of different fonts, layout, etc. You can plug in any url (your website) and Tagxedo analyzes the words on that page and creates a word cloud based on it’s findings. You can also submit an article and Tagxedo will create a word cloud based on the words in your article. You can save it to your computer and use it for blogging, on your website or on social media. It’s quick, easy and fun! Give it a try. I would love to see what you come up with!

I love this feel good video and it’s a great reminder that we are all in this together. Helping out a fellow human being is a start in making this a better world and is an example to all children.
As a small business owner, I think it’s important to learn and grow a little every day to be more valuable to not only your current customers/clients, but also for any prospective clients. I enjoy learning new programs or new tricks to help my clients reach their goals. There is a lot said about having a “specialty” when you run a service based business. This is something I struggle with when people ask me, “What is your specialty?” I can honestly say that I specialize in many different software programs and skills. It’s hard to just select one or two things and I love just about everything I do. Sure, we all have tasks we prefer over others, but in the end it’s about customer/client satisfaction and knowing at the end of the day you solved a problem, answered a question or made life a little easier for someone.
As my business is growing, I am becoming more interested in offering packages to simplify things not only for me, but for prospects as well as it takes the guess-work out of “How much will it cost me?” I am currently in the process of increasing my Word Press skill set by taking some online courses. In the next month or so, I will be offering starter Word Press website building packages as well as Word Press monthly maintenance programs at great prices. Sign up to receive my blog updates as I will announce the additional services there.
If you have any questions about anything you see on my site or services that I offer, please email me April@aprilrhunter.com and I will get back to you asap.
The most important aspects of success in a business these days is authenticity, transparency, consistency and in being “generative” (love the meaning of this word- see article). I definitely identified with this article I read on Mosaic Hub by Suzanne Tulien. Suzanne states that these aspects or ingredients are important in your personal branding, but I feel that it’s important in your overall success in life.
People can typically tell if the person standing in front of them speaking/selling is truthful in what they say. If you don’t believe what you are saying it will be noticed. You must believe, deep down in your heart, that what you have to offer is truly of value and that the main goal in your offering is that it helps people obtain success, reach a goal, fill a need or solve a problem. Making money should be secondary. You need to show the passion you have for your product. Once you can do that, it will show in every aspect of your life.
Be your truest, most authentic you at all times. Live it. Breathe it. Walk the Talk. Become the best you can be by learning new things, facing new challenges, being a servant to others. That’s what success in life is really about. Enjoy the article and if you find value in it, please share it with others.
